1. Service scope
Beatvizo provides orchestration and access to third-party video generation models. Model availability depends on regional and commercial licensing; we may disable a model without prior notice.
2. Credits
Credits are an internal, integer-denominated unit. One credit equals one USD cent at face value. Credits purchased do not expire. Signing up and verifying an email address does not grant consumable video credits.
3. Acceptable use
You may not generate content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
4. Availability
Plan entitlements change concurrency and batch limits only. No plan guarantees a fixed completion time or access to a specific upstream routing tier.
5. Output and commercial use
Beatvizo does not grant a blanket commercial license to generated outputs. Your use may depend on the selected model provider’s terms, rights in your input materials, destination-platform rules, and applicable law. Review those requirements before publishing or using an output commercially.
