What we store
Beatvizo stores account data, generation parameters, task events, credit ledger entries and payment orders. Media assets are stored in private object storage and served through short-lived signed URLs. To process a generation, prompts and relevant uploaded media may be sent to the selected third-party model provider; that provider’s own terms and privacy policies govern its processing.
Payment and account security
Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout; Beatvizo’s application does not collect full card details through that checkout flow. User-created API keys are stored as hashes, and browser authentication sessions use HttpOnly cookies.
Retention
Ledger entries and payment orders are retained as needed for financial records and disputes. Generated media has a default 90-day retention period and can be deleted from your account; object cleanup runs asynchronously. Provider-side copies, if any, follow the provider’s own retention terms.
Logging
Structured logs intentionally exclude full prompts, uploaded content, payment secrets and API keys.
